We offer several shipping options within the U.S., U.S. territories and Canada: Ground, First Class, Priority, 2nd Day and Overnight.* We also offer a selection of carriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) to give you the best price and delivery options for your location.

We fulfill and ship all orders from our Texas facility. Since we’re centrally located, most domestic orders shipped Ground or First Class will reach your location in three days or less. Please allow one business day for processing and accuracy, but if you place your order before 4:00PM ET Monday-Friday (excluding federal holidays) there's a good chance we'll fulfill and ship it that evening.

We offer FREE Ground Shipping anywhere in the continental U.S. if your order total is over $50. We’re unable to offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada at this time. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

* Overnight and 2nd Day Shipping only available in the continental U.S. Packages bound for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and rural addresses in the continental U.S. may take an extra business day to arrive.

We’re excited to offer FREE Standard Shipping to all APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS for military and diplomatic service members and their families. It’s our “thank you” to those making personal sacrifices for our country. We estimate 5-14 business days for delivery once your order leaves our facility. Next Day and 2nd Day delivery are not available for APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping and handling times for international orders vary by country and are subject to customs delays. Additional duties and taxes are not included in the price of each product and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. We calculate all prices and charges in U.S. dollars.

If any items arrive damaged, defective or not what you were expecting, please notify us within five days of your package arrival date and we will gladly replace them free of charge.

We include a tracking number on all packages and you’ll receive a notification email when your order leaves our facility. We also insure all packages shipped USPS Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx up to $99. If your tracking information indicates your package arrived but you never received your items, we encourage you notify us at within two days from the original scheduled delivery date. We’ll make every attempt to locate your package, file a claim and ship a replacement. We’re not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.

•  When can I return or exchange my items?
We accept returns of any unused, unworn clothing or teething jewelry items up to 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Clothing returns received 30-60 days from the original purchase date receive store credit. We accept exchanges of unused, unworn clothing up to one year from the original purchase date. You may return unopened and unused skincare items up to 30 days from the purchase date for store credit or exchange only. These items are perishable and may not be re-sold. All bundles are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
•  What can I return?
Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please include any accessories that accompanied your items. Skin care items must be unopened and unused. If any items arrived as part of a bundle, please return the entire bundle.
•  What if my items arrive damaged?
If any items arrive damaged, please let us know within 5 business days of your package arrival date and we will replace them free of charge.
•  Am I charged shipping to return or exchange my items?
No, but we do charge a 15% restocking fee on all bundles.
•  How do I return or exchange items?
If you live in the continental U.S., simply email us at We'll send you a return label. Click HERE to find the nearest UPS shipping location. UPS allows you to track your return online and shipments typically arrive at our facility in 5-7 business days. If you choose not to use our pre-paid label, you’re responsible for paying return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we don’t offer prepaid return shipping outside the continental U.S.

If your item was a gift, you may exchange your item(s) for comparable value or receive store credit.

•  Can I return or exchange items in-store?
We’d love to have a retail location, but storefronts cost a lot of money and we want to keep costs to a bare minimum. If you need something right away, email us at and we’ll do everything we can to expedite your request.
•  How do I return items shipped internationally?
Unfortunately, International orders aren't eligible for returns or exchanges. We will deduct return shipping and handling fees from your return credit. We also can’t refund any duties or taxes incurred.
•  Credit Card Returns & Exchange Processing
We typically issue refunds within ten business days of receiving your item(s). Your next statement should show the amount credited, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you request an exchange, we will credit your account for the return and charge for the new item. Please note, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
